The final draft of the LAA was submitted to Government Office for the West Midlands on 4th June 2008. The Submission contained our 35 proposed LAA improvement measures, together with the supporting rationales for each indicator as well as details of the LAA approval process. John Healey, Minister for Local Government, wrote to confirm the approval of the LAA on the 24th June 2008.
